Safety and Security

When you drop your child off in one of our Sunday school classrooms, you can be assured that safety and security is one of our top priorities.

To ensure safety for drop off and pick up on Sunday mornings we use an electronic check in system. If you are new to Faith Mountain and do not already have an account you can create one here at our FMConnect site by clicking sign up. During the checkin process we will gather basic information about your child and family. This will include any allergies or special needs your child may have. In addition, we will ask for your mobile number and carrier so that we can text you in the event you are needed during the service.

After your first Sunday visiting, when you arrive at Faith Mountain you will check in your child at one of our computers for their age appropriate Sunday school class. You will receive a name tag for your child and a claim check tag for you.

At the close of service, each Sunday school teacher will match the code on your tag with the code on your child’s tag to ensure they are released to the correct adult. If you lose your claim check tag you will be required to show a photo ID in order to pick up your child.

In addition, all of our children’s ministry volunteers have been background checked, have been trained, and are identified by the “Official Volunteer” tag they are wearing.
