Safety and Security


When you drop your child off in one of our Sunday school classrooms, you can be assured that safety and security is one of our top priorities.

To ensure safety for drop off and pick up on Sunday mornings we use an electronic check in system. If you are new to Faith Mountain and do not already have an account you can create one here at our FMConnect site by clicking sign up. Along with providing your basic information, your check in account will allow you to inform our Sunday school volunteers of any allergy or special needs.

When you arrive at Faith Mountain you will check in your child at one of our computers for their age appropriate Sunday school class. You will receive a name tag for your child and a claim check tag for you. Both tags will have a randomly selected code on them. If a Sunday school teacher needs to contact you during church service, the code on your tag will appear on the large screen in the worship center. You will also use your claim check tag and code to pick up your child at the end of service. Each Sunday school teacher will match the code on your tag with the code on your child’s tag to ensure they are released to the correct adult. If you lose your claim check tag you will be required to show a photo ID in order to pick up your child.

In addition, all of our children’s ministry volunteers have been background checked, have been trained and are identified by the “Official Volunteer” tag they are wearing.
